Can not DELET specific email from inbox

Hi all
I received an advertising email in my inbox and I can't get rid of it. I
can't delete because I get an error message. I can't even move it to another
folder. Please someone help me with this issue. Thanks

new computer so I know I have enoough space.

I too have this problem and I am up to 3 messages that I can't delete.
Storage is not a problem, I also have a newer computer.

I had to reset windows mail and it fixed the problem. Thank you for the link
and for the very well explained instructions on how to fix the problem.

If u have McAfee on your pc, disable it as apparently its not compat with
Vista
