Can not create new OE inbox folder. How do I fix this?

One of my folders in my OE INBOX disapeared. Now when I try to create new
folder the program does not let me do that.
How do I fix this?

first of all, do NOT store email in the default OE folders, they are very
liable to corruption.

I suggest you create folders to store your email in OUTSIDE the Inbox and
move all the stored mail to them immediately.
