Can not connect when not in the office

why can i not send or receive any emails when im not in the office? this is
the error i get.

help please
 
Since you chose to blank out the server name, I can't diagnose the problem
very well.

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
Windows Mail over time.
 
Are you using the same ISP on your laptop as the one in your Office??
