Can not activate Visa Business

I have activated Windows Vista Business when I installed it some time ago but
now I get a message on bootup that Windows can not activate. The error
message I get is
"DNS name does not exist 0x800723b" I have looked this up in the Microsoft
Knowledge site and found solutions that I do not understand.

I sure would appreciate some help as I only have one day left to activate Visa

You can activate Vista by performing the following:

1. Click on the Start button and in the Start Search box type in: slui.exe 4
2. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. Select your Country.
4. Follow the instructions for phone activation.
5. Once completed, restart your computer.

Thanks for your help but your solution did not work for me. Perhaps you can
get me going if I tell what happened when I followed yor instructions.
I could not select a country maybe because USA was assumed when I signed in
on Windows Live.
The telephone number shown was no longer active or disconnected.
I tried filling in the numbers shown that looked as if they should be
entered in the
empty boxes below them but found that there were nine sets of numbers and only
eight boxes so that didn't work.

I sure would appreciate further help.
Thanks, Bob
