Can no longer view Flash presentations

H

Lately I can't view Flash presentations. The message I get follows.

"Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of
Macromedia's Flash Player. Click here to get the latest flash player."

I have the latest flash player and can't figure out what my settings
should be for JavaScript. Help!

Hi Helen,

If you have XP pro, go to ADD/Remove Option in the Contril Panel and be sure
that Show all Updates ois selected and Scroll down and you will see the Java
Folder there and what version it is by Hovering on it by your Mouse.
Or Go to Windows Explorer, Click Windows and Locate the Java Folde.
the path will be C:\Windows\Java
If you don't have the Latest Java try to download from here:
http://www.sun.com/
Hope this helps

nass

P.S are you sure this website doesn't use Shockwave! just wonder.

Hi Helen,

Can you post a link to the website where you're seeing this problem?

Hello this might help I am not sure though. In Internet Explorer 6 go to
Tools, Manage Add ons, Enable or disable add ons. Then delete Flash Player.
Download the latest version. Then go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced
and I believe that menu shows your Java options. Hope that helps. Let me
know if it works.
