Can no longer download jpg's

Mike

Until a couple of days ago, I could save photos from web-
pages as jpg's. Now, every time I try to save a photo,
the only option I am given is to save it as "Untitled
Bitmap". If I check the properties of the photo, it lists
it as jpg. Did a setting in windows become changed some
how? I have not had any updates or loaded any new
software in quite some time. I know this is probably a
simple fix but I just can't figure it out. Please help!
Thanks.
