Can Microsoft Outlook 2003 generate a .eml file

I know that outlook express can generate .eml files but can
microsoft outlook 2003 do this as well. There doesn't appear
to be an option for this in outlook 2003.

No, but you can drag an Outlook message to Outlook Express and then save
that as a .eml. I just tried it.
