Can Log on as Guest Only

Please Help..... I altered some settings in TWEAK UI in an attempt to resolve
a log on issue (Password protection not working) & I'm now only able to log
on as a guest without access to Administrator privlages ie; System Restore.

My system is Windows XP Home Edition SP2

You will have to restart your computer and boot into Safe Mode. Once in Safe
Mode, access the built-in Administrator Account.
How to access Safe Mode...restart and press F8 key
Windows Advanced Menu Options....select Safe Mode
Log on to the Administrator account and undo damage...If you have locked out
your account, reset the password.
