FrontPage has nothing what so ever to do with email. Now, if you are
asking if you can get email that is sent to the address that you will
be using for your website, you will need to get the name registered,
select someone to host your site, and then follow their instructions
for setting up you email account(s). Then you load the website
whenever you finish.

Frontpage is not an email reader...so the answer is "No" - please explain
what it is you're trying to do in more detail.
