Can I Update to XP3 and still keep IE6 and Accessibility?

I am thinking about updating my computer with SP3 update, but am worried that
it could mess up some things.

A few months ago I tried IE7 but hated it, so went back to IE6. Would the
SP3 update require a switch to IE7?

Also, because of poor vision, I need to use accessibility high contrast
mode. Would the SP3 update affect this?

finally, would it be possible to use System Restore the uninstall SP3 update
and revert back to what I had before?

Thank you

SP3 does not include IE7.

You don't need to use system restore, just uninstall SP3.
Thank you
