Can I uninstall Access, powerpoint etc?

I have these programs on my computer and wish to uninstall
them> Access. Powerpoint, Publisher,Office Tools and
Business tools. However, I want to keep Word and Excel!
My problem is finding the uninstall item to do this its
not in my add/remove list? Unless I am not looking in the
right place? Please can someone help me I need the extra
hard disk space... With simple instructions Thanks :o)
