Hi, all. My computer is a single PC with one user. But I am using Windows
Professional. Can I turn off the service of Fast User Switching
Compatibility? What other "Services" can I turn off in order to save the
memory resource of system?

Yes, it's safe to disable this service. I disabled it several months ago and
have never experienced any problems

As far as the other services are concerned, it depends on what services you
personally need. You should disable the services one by one and if you
notice that something is not working, re-activate the appropriate service.
But whatever you do, never disable the COM/DCOM, Plug'n'Play, RPC, and the
Windows Management Instrumentation services, otherwise you might not be able
to login into Windows any longer. Disabling other services is not critical.

I believe these "Black Viper" Service Configurations could help you out:
