I'm running Word2003
I created an information string of email addresses each separated by a coma.
Is there a way I can sort these alphabetically? example: (e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed), jones@*.com, *@isp.*, etc.

I'm wondering if I should drop them into excel (paste special) sort and
paste back into word - but i need them in "row" form not columns. This will
be combursome - is there a better way?

You can replace the commas with paragraph marks, sort the list, then replace
the paragraph marks with commas.

HI Suzanne - I love this site... Can you take a moment to tell me how to
replace commas with paragraph marks?

Use Replace (Ctrl+H). In the "Find what" box, type a comma. In the "Replace
with" box, enter ^p. Replace All. After you've sorted the paragraphs (Table
| Sort), reverse the Replace operation.
