Can I separate address books of two profiles in Outlook?

I recently went from Outlook Express to Outlook. My husband and I both use
the computer and I want privacy. I do not seem to be able to separate our
two email profiles. All mail is dumped into one mailbox. There is only one
address book. Is there a way to separate the two?
 
Do you share the same Windows login or do you have separate ones? And have
you already created Outlook mail profiles for each of you in Control Panel |
Mail | Show Profiles?
