Can I safely unistall this file?

Foolishly, I downloaded an adware solitaire programme and now would like to uninstall it. When I select the uninstall option, all of the files to be removed look O.K. except this one
C:\Program Files\FreeSolitaire\UNWISE.EX

Is it warning me that it would be unwise to uninstall this item, and if so, is there anything I can do to get rid of it safely
