Can I SAFELY DELETE all temporary internet files???

If I delete these will there be problems with my computer?

***ALSO*** - do these deleted items go into a "trash bin"
or are they permanently erased?

Karen-you can safely delete these files and they are

permanently deleted. This is one way when you do disc
clean-up that one keeps more space on computer disc.
