In other words, I have already populated a table with data that has been
pulled in from excel. At this point, I'd like to replicate the database to
have several different users enter more data. When I try to do this and then
synchronize it, I get an error telling me that I have the same replication id
in each version.
This leads me to believe that replication is only good for adding new
records, not adding to ones that already exist.
Am I correct?
And - while I'm asking questions, can I create a replica, save it on my hard
drive and then email it to someone to make changes to. When I get it back
with the changes, can I just save it to where I initially saved the replica
and have the design master recognize it and do the synchronization?
