Can I reinstate a deleted user account?

I was trying to change the name on my account from just Adminiatrator account
to my name. When I tried this I could not. So I created another
administrator account with my name then I deleted the one that just said
Administrator account. Now I no longer have any of my old file, pictures
music etc! Is there anyway I can get back my old account with all my old
documents and files! I am not very computer savy so please be very
descriptive if you can help me. Thanks so much

Hi,

You should have chose the option to save the users files when you did that.
To try and retrieve your deleted files, you would want to use an undelete
utility. These are commonly available for free, and work on the premise that
the space the file formerly occupied has not been overwritten with new data
yet. Once that has occured, recovery requires more extensive (and expensive)
work with dedicated forensic tools by someone who knows what they are doing.
