CAn I pull back an email I sent?

Is there anyway in Outlook to pull back an email that was sent but not opened?

Open the email from your sent items and then click Actions>Recall This Message

To sum up and add to the replies you've already gotten: If you're using
Exchange Server, you can try the "Recall this message" function, but it is
buggy and it requires the recipient to OK the recall, so the likelihood that
it will work as intended is not very good. And if you're not using Exchange
Server, you won't even have the Recall option, so there is no way to pull
back a sent message.
