Can I print messages without my name and bold line header showing

I have Office 2003
It is critical that I be able to print emails without the standard header
that has the printer's name and a deep bold line at the top. I do not want
to cut and paste into word or do any additional steps (other than change my
print settings).
Is is possible that this functionality does not exist?

I also do not see any option for doing that except for open it in Word and make the necessary changes as you already know. I assume this because when you receive he email the header information is part of the actual email so there is not away for Outlook "pull off or hide" that inforamtion when printing it.

Kind Regards,

Did some initial research and could not find a direct way to turn off
printing the header/banner info.

Here's the closest thing to a solution I have been able to find so far:

1. In Outlook, go to Tools>Options>Mail Format tab and select "Use MS Word
2003 to edit e-mail messages"
2. Select the email you want to print sans header/banner info and press the
"Forward" button
3. Do not actually forward the email to anyone, simply print the message
and you should have an output that does not contain the header/banner info.
