Can I network my home like this?

Me

phone jack
connects to
DSL Modem
connects to
Router (Linksys WRT54G)
connects to
2 wired PCs + 2 wireless PCs + a hub
and then the hub has 3 PCs hooked into it.

I also have access to a switch I could use instead of the hub if that
makes a difference.

That is a valid setup, The switch will allow you more flexibility and less
data loss, but the HUB will work also.
