Can I insert contact card merge fields in outlook templates?

Using "BCC" I need each of my multiple recipients to receive a copy of my
email, with a salutation that has their name in it. In Outlook 2003, can I
create a template with a merge field to insert the salutation from each of
the recipient's contact cards? This will be a task that is performed daily,
but the recipients won't always be the same.

You can't use BCC with a mail merge - it sounds like you just want a mail
merge. What about setting up the merge doc as you wish, with the appropriate
fields, and using categories in your contacts to specify whether they're to
be used or not? (then use a filtered view based on that category to start
the merge from).
