Can I include MS patches into the image?

Can I distribute my image with MS patches in it?

I would think so, but I just want to clarify.
 
Are you talking about those QFEs. If it is, for sure you can build it into
your build and distribute it. And also you can make a DUA package to update
your current running devices.

I was thinking of MS patches such as security update, hot fixes. Things of
that nature
