Can I have two contact files, personal and business as an example

If you are using Outlook and Business Contact mananger, you could keep your
personal contacts in outlook's default contact store, and use Business
Contact Manager for you business contacts. The major draw back in this case
would mean you lose any of the added features bcm prodives for its own
contacts, (namely Email Auto Assoications).

If you want to keep them all in the BCM, you have two options. One is to
create an account called "Personal" and link all your person contacts to it.
Or add a custom field to your personal contacts and create a search folder
which filters off the custom filed you have added.

Hi Linda

Yes, you can have two contact files with the same name. When you add the
second contact file, a pop up dialog will appear notifying you that a similar
contact already exists. However, you can choose the 'Add this as a new
Business Contact' option to add the new duplicate contact.

Thanks.
