I want to keep my business list, which is updated by my Palm to the company,
separate from my personal contact list. How do I make two separate lists?
How do I update the business list only?

I want to keep my business e-mails separate from company e-mails. How do I

Typically, after installing BCM, you would keep your business contacts
in the BCM folder, and your friends and family in the Outlook
Contacts.

Syncing with the Palm is trickier. Most sync software only since the
Outlook Contacts folder. If the Palm runs Windows Mobile, you could
try installing BCM mobile, which will sync BCM folders. Or try a 3rd
party sync app that allows you to specify which folders to sync to
your device.
I want to keep my business e-mails separate from company e-mails. How doI
do that?

This is a job for Outlook. You can setup Outlook rules to put emails
in different folders based on sender, and so on. BCM doesn't manage
emails, but it can show the emails from a business contact on the
contact's form.
