Can I get Explorer to open with a particular folder?

Is it possible to set up Windows Explorer so that it opens showing the
contents of my D drive (or any other folder) rather than the C drive?
Thanks for the help!

Right click the shortcut you're using to launch Windows Explorer.
Select Properties from the menu.
Click on the Shortcut tab.
Entering the following in the Target box.

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,D:

Click OK.
Open Windows Explorer to see if that's what you're looking for.

"In solving a problem of this sort, the grand thing is to be able to reason
backwards. That is a very useful accomplishment, and a
very easy one, but people do not practise it much. In the every-day affairs
of life it is more useful to reason forwards, and so
the other comes to be neglected. There are fifty who can reason
synthetically for one who can reason analytically." - Sherlock
