can I filter out or delete duplicate emails?

Hi there,

I have gotten over 2000 emails in my inbox, many of them are duplicates (3
of each).

Is there a filter or rule so I can automatically delete multiple deliveries
or stored mails?

No, but there are third party tools you can buy that will.
