DUPLICATE EMAILS

OBVIOUSLY MICROSOFT OUTLOOK HAS A PROBLEM WITH DUPLICATE E-MAILS BEING
GENERATED. I'VE TRIED DISABLEING MY CREATED RULES-NO HELP.
ALSO TRY THIS IN TOOLS,E-MAIL ACCOUNTS,VIEW,CHANGE,MORE SETTINGS,ADVANCED,
THEN DELIVERY-UNCHECK LEAVE A COPY, UNCHECK REMOVE FROM SERVER, UNCHECK
REMOVE WHEN DELETED FROM DEL. ITEMS. THEN OK TO ALL PROMPTS. DO IT FOR EACH
E-MAIL ACCOUNT. CLOSE DOWN OUTLOOK AND RE OPEN. THAT WORKED FOR 1/2 DAYS.
THEN IT STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN SENDING ME E-MAILS I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED AND
DELETED.
