CAN I EXPORT MY CONTACT LIST TO THE "GADGET" CONTACT ADDRESS BOOK.

The gadget can't do anything. User would have to import into Windows
Contacts via CSV.

It's a comma separated values file. You will find CSV as an option both for
exporting from Outlook and importing into Windows Contacts.
