Hello all.

I would like to download the posts to this newsgroup, save them to removable
media and then read them at my leisure on another computer. (ie. A computer
that is not connected to the internet)

Can this be done?

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

This depends on your particular newsreader software. I believe that it
can be done using Outlook Express, but I don't use the program so I'm
not sure how.

It can certainly be done with my preferred newsreader, Agent. Try it
out for free at http://www.forteinc.com; download the Free Agent
version. Full Agent provides more capabilities but I'm pretty sure
Free Agent will let you save messages.
