Can I disable the "settings prohibit running ActiveX controls" message box ?

OK, I keep getting the "Your security settings prohibit running ActiveX
controls ..." message.

I have my IE settings that way on purpose. Is there any way to turn off the
MessageBox that keeps popping up, but still keep the ActiveX disabled? A
registry change, perhaps ?
