Can I disable the F8 Key from the start up

I need to disable the option at boot time of F8 key,
i have all the security rights ok for all the users, but
if the boot the computer and press F8 key they could enter
in safe mode.

Ca i do something?

What bad things happen if entering in Safe mode? What are you trying to
prevent?

Set up a system entry password in the bios. Make it a secure password, using
numerals and punctuation as well as letters. Also, a secured computer MUST
be physically secure, as well as logically secure! If someone can get to
your machine, they can (if determined) get in! The police prove this all the
time (-:
