Can I develop for Windows XP eMbedded with eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0?

I know that we can develop application for WCE with eVC or Visual.net.
Is it the same think with Windows XP eMbedded.

I have said every thing in the subject of this thread.
I really need help.
Please, help me.

I'm in traning period and I'm not use to develop to such platform.

eVC is used for writing apps for CE. For XPE, you'd use whatever dev
environment you're used to for desktop development. Visual Studio.Net works
just fine.
