Can I Delete and Bypass the Recycle Bin?

I sometimes have large file deletions that I know I'll never want, so
I don't want them to go into the Recycle bin and push out other
deletions. Is there a way to simply delete completely without going
through the Recycle bin?

Hold [Shift] key while pressing [Del] or clicking delete.
