Can I create seperate "Task" folders with "Reminders" enabled for.

I'm using Microsft Outlook 2000. I'm trying to create Sub-Folders within my
"Tasks" folder for my Individual Sales markets i.e, seperate folders for
Dallas, Houston, etc . When I set up a new task within a sub-folder and try
to enable a remider for that specific task, I get a message saying the
reminder will not be enabled because the item is not a part of my Tasks or
Calendar. Further more, tasks listed within my subfolders do not appear on my
Primary Task list.
Can I create "Task" Sub-folders with "Reminders" enabled for the tasks
within the subfolders? How do I get the tasks within the subfolders to appear
on my "Primary" Task list, Calendar or on my Outlook today page?

Not without an add-in. Reminders work in the default folders only.

I'm surprised Tillman didn't recommend categories in a single Task folder.
See my reply to Solomon, who seems to have asked the same question today.
