Can I change Default Apply All in Header and Footer

Is there any way to change the default setting in the Header and Footer window?
I would like the default to be "Apply" rather than "Apply All" when I press
the Enter key so that I don't have to mouse up to the "Apply" button every
time.
 
Hi

You can use Alt+A to 'Apply' instead of 'Apply to All'. Anytime you see an
underlined letter in a dialogue box you can use Alt+letter to use that
option.
