can I block one specific email address in outlook ?

i GET TOO MANY EMAILS WHEN TRAVELING FROM ONE PERSON. i WOULD LIKE TO BLOCK
THEM FROM SWAMPING MY EMAIL ADDTRESS.
aol HAS THIS FEATURE, Does Outlokk??
 
Sure, create a rule saying that anything from that person automatically goes
to your Deleted Items folder.
