Can I automatically total my daily hours recorded in Outlook

David W

I use the daily view in Outlook to record my time spent working for a client.
I manually work out how many hours I spend each day but I wondered if there
was a way for Outlook to automatically calculate how many hours I have
recorded.

I know this can be done in the task view but I much prefer the calendar view.

You can manually export the items to Excel, and do the calculation there. Or
use a third-party tool like VBOffice Reporter, for details see the link in
my signature please.
