How do I limit my daily calander view to work hours only?

How do I limit my daily calander view to work hours only? Right now it shows
all 24 hours but I only manage my workday in Outlook so I don't want to see
the off-hours without scrolling.

Just checked in OL2003 and when viewing the calendar in a one-day view the
calendar will show your starting work hour at the top of the window. I even
changed the hours and Outlook changed the view when I left & returned to the
Calendar folder
