can I add audio to a website in Frontpage 2003

I would like to add audio to a web site that continues to play whilst the
visitor stays with the web site no matter which page is visited. Is this
possible?

There are two ways to make this happen:

1) A frames site - not recommended since frames are often not user
friendly.

2) A pop-window that plays the music - most of today's browsers block
automatic pop-up windows, as do third party pop-up blockers, so a link
to open the window and hence play the music may be required.
