How do I add streamed audio to my website?

Hi there.
I'm fairly new to Web design. I'm using MS Frontpage 2003. I would like to
add audio links to my website. As I have seen on other sites, I would like
people to be able to dload streamed audio from my site.
Here is my URL. http://www.h6.dion.ne.jp/~jthomas/ At the moment, I
have added a hyperlink to a Talking Heads song, but it does not work as
streamed audio. I think if you right click, save target link - it dloads.
Can anyone help?
