How do I add Streaming audio files to a web page to load faster?

You first need to convert any audio files into a streaming media format.
Both MS and RealNetworks have free encoders available.

MS encoders are available at:

RealNetworks has RealProducer Basic (Free edition) at:
http://www.realnetworks.com/products/producer/index.html
