Not directly, no. The "symbol list" is a display of the characters in the
installed fonts. You'd have to use a font editor to put your figure into a
font (either create a new font or modify an existing one) as a character,
and then install that font in Windows.
As an extension to Jay's post, if you need to use the symbol frequently you
might want to create a macro to insert it as a picture and assign a kbyd
shortcut to it or use a custom button on a toolbar.
