can i access outlook from another computer?

If connecting to an Exchange server you get a web based version of Outlook
called OWA (Outlook web Access) but it isn't Outlook from the Office Suite
and depending on the version of Exchange there will be differences in
functionality between the Exchange Outlook web based version's.
