Can Heading force a new section?

When modifying a heading an option is there to force breaking a page if the
heading applied, the question is that can we make a heading to cause section
break if applied to any paragraph?

You can apply the page break before paragraph formatting parameter to the
heading style in question. There is no automatic way to insert a section
break.
