Can anyone tell the shortway for....

Hi there,

I have to create presentation from excel and also from Word. While pasting
text into powerpoint, I have to select the option "keep text formatting".
This I have to do everytime I paste the text.

Is there any option so that I can keep the option as a default so that no
need to select "keep text format" everytime I paste the text.

Welcoming all suggestions....for making that as default or atleast any
shortcut also does my job quicker.

Hi

Two quick ways to make ppts from word

1)
In word use heading 1 for titles and heading two style for text

ie

Title slide 1 (in heading 1 style)
text1 slide1 (Heading 2 style
text2 slide 1 (Heading 2 style)
Title slide 2 (heading1) etc
then send to powerpoint

2. Type in title followed by text indented one tab except for new titles

save as a TEXT file (not word) and call it "name of pres.ppt" (include the "")

this will open as appt file
