If you can read this, please respond. I think I have been blocked and I
don't know why. It's possible that it was intended for some-one else who
uses this computer. I'm not the only one who uses this computer. Please
unblcok me from news.microsoft.com, so I can post messages to the newsgroups
using Outlook Express.

You're not blocked, and nobody here could unblock you if you were.
You'll have to talk to your local tech support people.

When I post messages in Outlook express, they do not appear. When I post
them in accessmonster.com they appear.

Possibly you have your newsserver specified incorrectly in OE. I don't
use that program and don't remember specifically where you'ld find it,
but check in the configuration to see if you are using
msnews.microsoft.com as the news server for this newsgroup. It might
be that you have some OTHER news server selected, and that news server
isn't forwarding the messages correctly. accessmonster.com is an
indirect link to the actual Microsoft news servers.
