Can anyone help??

Hi

I am extremely new to computers and am learning as quick as possible. I
was wondering if any of you guys could help me out??

I have recently installed Roxio 7 Easy Media Creator. Whenever I try to
print an image, my computer crashes and leaves with a blue screen
indicating a fatal error has occurred. It also shows a message:

STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x80545430, 0xA87F75F4, 0x00000000)

What does this mean?

It also asks to disable any listed drivers or BIOS files.

Can anyone help??

It seems that this is a Kernel problem. I have these files on Install
Shield and they are installed on Roxio 7. Do you think that they are
conflicting??
