Camera and Scanner Wiz problem

I'm having a lame problem. I'm taking pictures of a dev project on a daily
basis. I use the wizard to download and name my images project name date so

construction 10-16-03


When I download the pictures though, windows edits the date created as
TOMORROW + 4 hours. This is really annoying to me. So now, I have a few days
worth of pictures each named accordingly yet, their date created is one day
newer then it really is.
 
The only thing I've uninstalled recently is windows update 821557
 
Turns out that the time feature on my camera was fast....but I didn't
realize the time was set because the menu doesn't display the time until you
try to change it.
