Calls online

Up to a week ago, and without warning, I had a window that opened to let me
know there was a call coming in. I am sure it is a xp feature as I have no
third party software. Now when I am online, the call knocks me offline and
the phone rings. Can anyone tell me what Happend?

It is to do with your Modem software/drivers; Nothing to do with Uncle Bill's software!!!

I use non Microsoft products wherever possible which requires no activation.

I use Netscape 7.2 as my default browser which has everything I need for my work.
